We thrive on creating memories.

Keitan Safaris is a Kenyan Tours and Travel Company run by Kevin Owino alias Keitan, a 24-year-old entrepreneur. His Safaris offers a unique theme to “Birthday Babies’’ throughout the year. Besides celebrating the birthdays, he offers destinations far and wide with activities ranging from hikes, camps, zip lining, boat riding, swimming, archery, paint balling, sky walking among all other activities you can think of. He has incorporated photography in his tours to support his tag line: We thrive on creating memories.

In expanding our horizons, we decided to integrate our Travel and Adventure with a Safari experience. Our chosen trip was to Hell’s Gate National Park, a journey that began at 7 in the a.m. as per the itinerary. Hell’s Gate National Park is in Naivasha.

The first stop- over was at the Great Rift Valley View Point. The vast lands form a perfect V-shape with the tarmacked roads at the base offering a breath-taking view for pictures with family and friends. At the roof- top, you can enjoy some coffee as you enjoy the cool and crispy air. The place also boasts curio shops, where one can purchase Souvenirs/ African ornaments.

We indulged in all these before our next stop- over at the Old Italian Catholic Church, Mai Mahiu. The church offers incredible architecture, as one of the oldest churches in Kenya. The inside is decorated with beautiful sculptures and inscriptions that capture the triumphant mood of the moment. Here, one can visit graves where the deceased Italian Soldiers were laid to rest or just take time to worship. The serene environment is also convenient for picnics and photo shoots.

Heading to our destination, we enjoyed the music in the bus amidst a variety of conversations. It was a moment of shared peace and Joy. We arrived for our expedition at Hell’s Gate at about Noon, which we will do an exclusive post for it after this.

At the end of the trip, we visited Lake Naivasha. At the shores, we dived in a sumptuous meal (Fish, Ugali and vegetables) after which we did a thrilling boat ride in the Lake. The September babies shared their cake as we called it a day! It was a truly amazing trip.

Keitan Safaris comes off as an affordable and convenient means to use for an adventure experience. Keitan, the C.E.O, travels with his clients to these destinations all year round to ensure that his customers are satisfied with his services and recommendations.  His vote is from a variety of age- groups: students, young professionals and the old alike. It is impossible not to fit in and have fun with Keitan Safaris. The birthday theme he uses is definitely a plus, because an adventurous birthday is definitely a memorable one!

In this month of October, Keitan Safaris turns one year old! In addition to the cakes, amazing destinations and fun, the entire Keitan family will be joining in the celebration and there will be a lot of giveaways. The set destinations are to the Rolph’s Place for paintballs, The Kitengela glass scary bridge, Goat eating at Masai Lodge, Zip lining and archery at Kereita Forest among other fun filled activities. If you are an October Baby and among these have been in your bucket list, all you have to do is to put your squad on board and make your bookings with Keitan Safaris.

We attribute the success post to Keitan Safaris Tours and Travel Company, who was our Sponsor, and the entire team we travelled with. Wholeheartedly, we say BONNE ANNIVERSAIRE!
